Welcome to Naripod. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Naripod mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Niutron Creative Limited ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Your Content

You retain ownership of the audio recordings, comments, and other content you create and share through the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Naripod a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, transmit, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to post User Content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
Contains personal or private information of others without their consent
Is spam, advertising, or promotional content not authorized by us
Contains viruses or malicious code
Impersonates any person or entity
Targets, bullies, or harasses other users
Contains sexually explicit content involving minors
Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech

Content Moderation

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, remove, or disable access to any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including content that we believe violates these Terms or may be harmful to the Service or other users.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service
Circumvent any security or access controls

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Niutron Creative Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Naripod. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your User Content may be deleted.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

User Content represents the views of its authors and does not necessarily represent the views of Naripod. We are not responsible for User Content posted by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIUTRON CREATIVE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Service
Any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Niutron Creative Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
